Field Representative II, Eastern Midwest Region Field Representative II, Eastern Midwest Region role at New England Biolabs (NEB). This position is open to candidates located in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio, with preference for those centrally located within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed territory sales goals.

Work with management to create and implement a strategic business plan.

Develop, expand, and maintain good working relationships with accounts.

Attend local and national trade shows/conferences and vendor shows.

Identify key new business opportunities.

Provide expertise and customer service to accounts.

Gather data on marketing trends and competitive products to capitalize on selling opportunities.

Document and present territory updates.

Build rapport with key decision makers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor of Science in a life sciences field with strong knowledge of molecular and cellular biology.

1–2+ years of hands‑on lab experience in molecular biology.

5–8 years of relevant sales experience.

Proven sales experience in life sciences or a related field.

Strong customer interface and relationship‑building skills.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently and in a team.

Excellent organizational, listening, written, and oral communication skills.

Willingness to travel within and beyond the territory for customer visits and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of NEB products, methodologies, or markets.

Experience with Salesforce.com.

1–4 years of direct selling experience in molecular biology.

Salary

Estimated base salary: $85,000 – $115,000 (base pay only; car allowance and profit‑sharing bonus excluded).
