Weekend RN Supervisor .
We’re currently hiring for an
every other weekend shift from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM . This is a great opportunity for an experienced RN to step into a supervisory role and help ensure high‑quality care and smooth weekend operations.
Schedule
Every Other Weekend or every weekend
Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
Supervise nursing staff and ensure continuity of care during your shift.
Serve as a clinical resource and point of contact for staff, residents, and families.
Monitor resident care plans and ensure compliance with standards of practice and facility policies.
Respond to emergencies and make critical decisions to ensure resident safety.
Assist with staff scheduling, documentation review, and shift reporting.
Communicate effectively with department heads and the administrative team as needed.
Requirements
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required).
Prior experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
