Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with departmental requirements and state and specialty standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team, providing personalized, comprehensive, compassionate care while acting as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers.

What you will do in this role

Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes in patient status.

Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered, ensuring thorough, timely documentation of care administration.

Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in case of unintended responses.

Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs and resolving them.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding.

Qualifications you will need

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.

Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Associate degree.

Minimum one year of acute‑care RN experience.
