About the Role You’ll be a Play Coordinator in our dog daycare, ensuring all dogs have a safe, clean, enriching, and low‑stress environment. You’ll supervise and lead dog playgroups, provide food, water, enrichment, and bath options, maintain cleanliness, promote other services, and communicate with pet parents.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead dog playgroups using low‑stress handling techniques.
Ensure all pets receive appropriate food, water, and enrichment.
Document updates and communicate effectively with pet parents.
Assist with dog bathing and daily cleaning to maintain a pristine and safe environment.
Promote the center’s full range of services, including veterinary care, grooming, daycare, and boarding.
Qualifications
Passion for dogs and knowledge of basic animal behavior.
Prior experience in a dog daycare, playgroup, or day camp setting preferred.
Customer service experience with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Strength and stamina to keep up with active dogs of all sizes, including ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
