Overview We’re hiring a Physical Therapist I to provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services aimed at restoring function and preventing disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary disorders. The role requires adherence to Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy and state/federal regulations.
Responsibilities • Provide patient assessment, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress. • Deliver hands‑on therapy and educate patients on home exercises. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. • Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor, Master, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
Current state Physical Therapy license.
Current Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support (BCLS) certificate, obtained upon hire and renewed as required.
