Human Resources Intern
We're looking for an organized and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team this summer! This role offers hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance perfect for students interested in a career in HR.
What You'll Do:
- Support and lead employee engagement initiatives, including planning Associate Appreciation Week.
- Assist with onboarding, new hire orientations, and maintaining confidential hiring documents.
- Help post job openings and reach out to potential candidates.
- Support HR communications and employee engagement events.
- Assist in creating job flyers and social media posts in collaboration with Marketing.
- Maintain personnel records and support compliance and audit projects.
- Provide general HR support as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; social media experience a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Salary Range: $15.00 per hour
