Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Supply Chain Strategy – Production Strategy (SCS-PS) team is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and lead strategies to maintain US Mexico Canada Trade Agreement (USMCA) qualification through coordination and utilization of all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and appropriate planning, execution, and consolidated reporting of related activities.
Reporting to the SCS-PS Manager, the person in this role will support the Supply Chain Strategy department's objective to promote collaboration and communication amongst all stakeholder groups in order to achieve year‑over‑year qualification to USMCA requirements. They will also support similar efforts across various tariff risks.
What you’ll be doing
Project Management: creation and management of project Master Schedule including management of milestones; coordination of activities among multiple Toyota functions and global headquarters; visualization of project status, risks, and issues for management summaries and project dashboards
Countermeasure & Change Management: Define and negotiate the schedule(s) for countermeasure investigations with all critical stakeholders, while ensuring alignment to the master schedule/milestones; incorporate PDCA into all plans; communicate technical information and summarize results to facilitate decision-making process; navigate through changes as they arise
Executive Summary and Escalation: summarize and visualize project conditions including risks and concerns based on project KPI; lead project condition presentations to acquire executive direction and proper escalation
Sustainable Process Development: Lead and facilitate USMCA process development among cross-functional team; utilize JKK methods with cross-functional stakeholders to visualize, document, and establish newly developed and/or enhanced processes relating to USMCA qualification
Maintain strong communication channel with TMC counterparts across administrative and development functions
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
Project management experience (New Model Vehicle and/or Powertrain, enterprise projects, etc.)
Strong communication skills – ability to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner across cultures and organizational boundaries
Self‑motivated and able to work independently with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong relationship‑building skills to negotiate, gain consensus, and deliver results for the overall project team
Results‑driven with the ability to quickly visualize and execute work conditions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to travel domestically & internationally (approx. 10%)
Willing to work overtime (approx. 10%).
Willing to be in‑office at the Plano HQ 3 days / week (subject to policy change)

In‑depth knowledge or working experience with internal/external functions on trade & regulation (USMCA, Tariffs, etc) requirements and proven application thereof
Experience developing people & lead cross‑functional teams (including front‑facing experience with TMC)
Proven knowledge of Toyota Way (Milestone Management, KPI Establishment, and PDCA cycles) & successful completion of JKK and TBP through panel review
Proficiency with Power BI
Previous experience with agile project management concepts
