Lead implementation of CEA systems and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
Track and report department KPIs (throughput, labor, shrink, packaging cost, etc.)
Build, maintain, and audit SOPs across production and fulfillment
Reduce manual labor through automation and packaging improvements
Ensure inventory accuracy across platforms and conduct weekly variance checks
Maintain standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness
What We’re Looking For
Proven operations leader with experience in production, fulfillment, or greenhouse management
Strong track record of implementing automation or CEA systems that improved labor efficiency
Detail‑oriented and process‑driven with a bias toward clean execution
Strong people management and accountability skills
Comfortable working hands‑on in a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment
Familiar with plant care, crop cycles, or propagation timelines a plus
Experience with CEA tools, automation, inventory systems, or ERP software preferred
