About the Role Lead the implementation of software that saves lives by driving impactful projects to improve patient care within healthcare organizations. Travel across the U.S. (and abroad if interested) to lead software installations and ensure the success of new Epic community members. Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive support as providers go live with our software. No software experience is required – use your project management skills in an environment that values autonomy and full support.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and close end‑to‑end software implementation projects.
Travel across the U.S. (and abroad when necessary) to lead on‑site installations.
Present project plans and status updates to hospital leadership.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and end‑user training to ensure successful go‑live.
Provide ongoing support and follow‑up after implementation.
Qualifications
Quality Manager, Trainer, Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
A history of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, typically 1‑2 trips per month lasting 2‑4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
