Position Overview Join Carrols Corporation as a

Team Leader

and help manage our fast‑paced Burger King restaurants. As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of Team Members, ensuring excellent service and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve our sizzling burgers to hungry customers.

Welcome customers, take accurate orders, and manage payments using a cash register.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restrooms, dining area, and kitchen.

Assist in packaging food and drinks and keep the restaurant clean.

Handle customer questions or issues as needed.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.

Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with a team.

Physical Demands

Remain on feet for several hours at a time.

Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.

Manual dexterity for pressing and grabbing.

Ability to communicate and read.

Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching.
