Description Seasons Center is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are seeking a full-time Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The ACT model is an innovative, evidence‑based outpatient treatment for adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). This position will assess, plan, and coordinate care as part of a community‑based, multidisciplinary team of highly skilled professionals and apply trauma‑informed, evidence‑based practices and interventions.

Salary Range $17.00-$23.00 per hour (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)

Requirements

Must have an alcohol and drug counselor certification or be eligible to acquire one in the state of Iowa (CADC, IADC, or IAADC preferred)

Three years of experience treating individuals with substance abuse disorders is required

This position requires travel, so a valid driver’s license is required

Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
