Overview We are implementing software that saves lives. As part of our Project Management team, you will drive impactful projects that improve patient care in healthcare organizations. The role involves travel across the U.S. (and abroad if interested) to lead software installations and support the success of Epic adopters. You will present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive support as providers go live with our software. Autonomy in decision‑making is provided with full support and guidance. No software experience is required.
Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver software installations on schedule and within scope.
Coordinate end‑user training and ensure successful go‑live for healthcare providers.
Present project status and roadmaps to hospital leadership and stakeholders.
Travel across the U.S. (and abroad) as part of a global team.
Provide support throughout the product lifecycle for Epic implementations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
A history of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days, with 1–2 trips per month lasting 2–4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID‑19 vaccination.
