About This Role We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support and drive project activities across our mechanical and automation control initiatives. As a key member of the project management team, this position will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and coordinating all aspects of project execution to ensure successful and efficient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day‑to‑day project operations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, monitor project schedules, and track tasks.
Work with project managers and estimating to track budgets, validate scopes, and maintain alignment with objectives and client expectations.
Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and vendors to support seamless project execution.
Prepare, organize, and maintain key project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Assist in ensuring projects adhere to building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, engineering, or support roles.
High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Familiarity with HVAC and/or building automation controls is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
