We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team in Natomas. This is a full‑time position offered with a full benefit package with the opportunity to work four ten‑hour days or five eight‑hour days.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Supervision of support staff in the clinical area
Provide direct patient care as prescribed including evaluation and treatment planning
Review physician's referral and patient's medical records to help determine diagnosis and required physical therapy treatment
Collaborate with other personnel in developing and implementing physical therapy care plans
Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enter information into computer
Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation
Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit
Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home
Participate in educational activities of the service
Participate in clinical studies
Perform other duties as assigned
Base salary starts at $99k
