What’s In Store For You This onsite contract role provides the opportunity to lead strategic sourcing initiatives within Clinical Operations and R&D while contributing to broader indirect procurement efforts. The position offers exposure to complex sourcing categories, global supplier engagement, and high-visibility stakeholder partnerships.
How You Will Make An Impact
Lead sourcing initiatives across Clinical Operations and R&D categories
Manage RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and onboarding activities Analyze spend data to identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities
Develop and execute category‑level sourcing strategies
Partner with cross‑functional teams to align sourcing activities with business needs
Manage supplier performance through SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts
Are You an Experienced Strategic Sourcing Leader Ready to Make an Impact?
7+ years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
Proven expertise in category management, cost modeling, and negotiations
Experience sourcing indirect or services-based categories
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments is strongly preferred
Professional procurement certifications (CPSM or CPM) are a plus
