Role Description . We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer for a full-time hybrid position in Truckee, CA. In this role, you will lead design projects, including conceptual development, space planning, and overseeing construction documentation. Collaboration with clients, architects, and contractors is a key aspect of this position. You will guide projects from initial concept through final installation, ensuring quality, functionality, and design excellence. Some work may be conducted remotely, though regular on-site coordination will be required to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specification.
Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and synthesizing layout designs for aesthetic and functional goals.
Strong skills in Construction Drawings, project documents, and technical drafting.
Excellent project management abilities, including budget oversight, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Knowledge of sustainable and modern design principles is a plus.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field, with at least 5 years of professional experience in high-end residential design.
