Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Chancery Lane - Corporate Office - £46,000 - No Callout

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Chancery Lane. CBW is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a prestigious commercial office building, located less than a 5-minute walk from Chancery Lane Station. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.
He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site, working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands‑on experience of the below. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault‑finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Hours of work
Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
08:00am to 17:00pm
No Callout
Requirements
Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
17th/18th Edition (Required)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi‑skilled
Good communication skills
Client Facing
Package
Up to £46,000 per annum
Lots of Overtime available
25 days holiday + BH
