Responsibilities Product Manager – Consumer Products
Proactively manage a portfolio of products, planning growth through revenue and profit building blocks.
Assist leadership in developing and implementing multi‑year and annual strategies for assigned product lines.
Collaborate with Commercial Finance to create annual financial goals and budgets, aligning revenue, gross margin, COGS, price and portfolio mix with strategic priorities.
Support pricing strategy development for assigned product lines and participate in pricing decisions.
Lead cross‑functional cost‑reduction initiatives that preserve customer experience.
Drive all aspects of product life‑cycle management including strategy, pricing guidelines, development, enhancements and SKU optimization.
Champion new product development and innovation projects, acting as Sponsor to ensure projected business benefits.
Develop deep customer and market insight to inform strategy and execution.
Partner with Sales to drive relationships with key customers and guide product line focus for sales and profitability.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on brand strategy, channel messaging and brand activation.
Work with Supply Chain on demand planning and forecasting to improve inventory management.
Assist in building robust business cases for innovation and capacity expansion.
Collaborate with other business units as needed for optimal outcomes.
Encourage data‑driven decisions and promote accountability across the team.
Senior Product Manager – Consumer Products
Develop and execute annual and multi‑year product strategies across the portfolio, delivering year‑over‑year margin‑enhancing revenue growth.
Assume P&L ownership, proactively monitoring revenue, cost and profitability metrics.
Collaborate with leadership and Finance to set and achieve financial goals.
Define and implement pricing strategy, supporting customer‑specific pricing decisions.
Align COGS and portfolio mix with strategic priorities, driving cost‑reduction initiatives.
Lead product life‑cycle management, including portfolio, pricing, development, enhancements, SKU optimization and obsolescence.
Maintain a robust new product pipeline and champion commercialization, acting as Sponsor.
Deeply understand customers, competitors and markets to develop profitable strategies.
Understand manufacturing processes and locations for assigned product lines.
Monitor service levels, address issues, and drive corrective actions to minimize customer impact.
Build relationships with large customers, aligning product roadmap with their objectives.
Ensure product quality meets or exceeds expectations, using insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate on demand planning, forecasting, capacity utilization and future capacity recommendations.
Core Skills and Qualifications Product Manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
Required:
Two (2) years of experience in a general business role supporting marketing or product management, or Experience consistently meeting performance expectations in an Associate Product Manager role.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to blend creative problem solving with data‑driven analytics, financial (NPV, DCF) and quantitative skills.
Proven ability to drive change, influence all levels and streamline processes.
Urgency and focus on reliable customer service.
Organizational skills; prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of financial concepts such as ROI and net present value.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Assertiveness, initiative and personal accountability.
Ability to resolve problems tactfully and provide feedback.
Strategic thinking for long‑term outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Senior Product Manager
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, engineering, packaging or related field.
Required:
Five (5) years of experience in product management or a closely related role, or Consistently meeting performance expectations in a Dart Product Manager position.
Experience managing product lines and delivering year‑over‑year top‑line and bottom‑line growth.
Strategic mindset for P&L ownership, roadmap development, innovation and portfolio optimization.
Champion customer satisfaction by aligning development, pricing and portfolio decisions with market needs.
Strong focus on reliable service, quality standards and responsiveness.
Blend creative problem solving with data analysis, financial modeling and strategic planning.
Proven ability to achieve results through cross‑functional collaboration and motivation.
