A Day In The Life As the Supervisor of Production at Monster Energy, you'll be the powerhouse driving our team to new heights! You'll plan, coordinate, and inspire your crew to surpass safety, quality, delivery, cost, and production targets with the unstoppable energy that defines our brand. Get ready to lead with passion and fuel our journey towards excellence!
The Impact You'll Make
Support management in the coordination of activities concerned with the production of company product(s) and establish production priorities for products, ensuring effective operations and cost efficiency by utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment.
Ensure production processes run reliably, efficiently, and comply with quality control standards. Plan and oversee production schedules to ensure production resource requirements are met.
Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals. Evaluate various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
Responsible for teaching, coaching, mentoring, and leadership on the production line(s). Train and manage teammates to ensure desired performance is achieved and all operating standards are adhered to. Administer policies and procedures.
Track key performance indicators/costs, anticipate and correct trends which could compromise achievement of financial targets.
Who You Are
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of – Business Administration, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management or related field of study
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in production supervisor role within the beverage or food manufacturing environment
Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Certifications: Manufacturing Management Certification (CTME) a plus
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of $48,840 - $65,120. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
