Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required. Four‑year college degree preferred in a related field (industrial or applied sciences).
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience on public roads; additional experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
Problem‑solver and critical thinker.
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.
Up to 80% travel required; must be based in Miami, Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, San Antonio, or Orlando.
Physical Requirements
Can stand and walk for long periods outdoors.
Can use hands to finger, handle, feel, talk, or hear; climb stairs and ladders.
Occasionally reach with hands; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Can lift and/or move up to 45 pounds occasionally.
Requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Most work is outdoors in a vehicle or closed‑course space with vehicles.
Nice To Have
1–2 years of experience in training or teaching.
Strong leadership skills and proficiency in handling groups.
Role Details As a
Learning Experience Leader , you will create and maintain a positive learning environment, design and expand training programs, and lead curriculum development for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement. You will also provide technical preparatory training, motivate trainees, and continually improve learning opportunities throughout the organization.
Responsibilities – Roadside Assistance Specialist
Maintain TaskUs’s high standard of safety inside and outside the vehicle.
Demonstrate situational awareness and adapt to changing environments.
Communicate courteously with management, engineers, and the public.
Provide assistance to stranded motorists and operate on single or dual driving mode for 6–8 hours a day.
Respond quickly to changing, high‑pressure environments and work mostly individually or in small groups.
Monitor software systems with constant focus and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Document procedures, tests, and complete daily reports.
Educate the public on self‑driving technology and operate self‑driving vehicles on defined and undefined routes.
Operate onboard data recording computers and assist passengers to disembark, board rescue vehicles, and reach destinations safely.
Comply with TaskUs's Autonomous Vehicle Division zero‑tolerance policy regarding alcohol or drug use and undergo randomized drug testing.
Remove stalled vehicles and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.
Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls within SLAs and report accidents or incidents in real time.
Other duties as required.
