Victory+ is seeking a few highly organized and culture‑savvy Content Influencer Coordinators to support creator and influencer initiatives across our growing sports ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes sports culture, understands creator platforms, and thrives in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.

US‑Remote (preference for those in the Los Angeles area)

About the Role
As the Content Influencer Coordinator, you will support the execution of influencer and creator campaigns tied to live sports, branded partnerships, and rights‑holder initiatives. You’ll help identify and manage creators, coordinate deliverables, support onboarding into our creator ecosystem, and work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to bring campaigns to life.
Creator & Campaign Coordination
Support the execution of multiple influencer and creator campaigns across sports, live rights, and branded integrations
Source, vet, and track creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Help match creators to specific sports verticals, team hubs, or campaign briefs
Assist with negotiating rates, deliverables, timelines, and approvals with creators, agents, and managers
Track creator deliverables, timelines, and campaign status to ensure timely execution
Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive working relationships with creators, athlete‑creators, sports personalities, and managers
Support onboarding of creators into In The Studio and ensure a smooth experience using the Creator Studio tools
Serve as a reliable point of contact for creator communications and follow‑ups
Project Management & Cross‑Functional Support
Maintain creator and campaign trackers, calendars, and documentation
Support reporting, analytics, and talent tracking for influencer initiatives
Work closely with Marketing and Content teams to ensure creator content aligns with league, team, and brand guidelines
Provide coordination support for campaigns tied to sponsorships, rights holders, and audience growth initiatives
Contribute ideas around creator casting, sports‑culture trends, and emerging content formats
Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative strategy tied to brand partners and rights holders
Help identify emerging creators and micro‑talent across priority sports verticals
What you need to SUCCEED
1+ year of experience supporting influencer, creator, or talent‑led campaigns, ideally within sports, digital media, or content‑driven environments
Strong understanding of sports creator culture, including athlete‑creators, sports communities, and meme‑driven content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track creator deliverables, timelines, and campaign details across multiple initiatives
Clear, confident communicator who is comfortable with creator outreach, coordination, and relationship management
Self‑starter with a proactive mindset who thrives in fast‑paced, startup‑style environments and can adapt quickly as priorities shift
Collaborative team player who brings ideas to the table and works effectively across Marketing, Content, and Sales teams
