We are currently looking for a Partnerships Director in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to drive large-scale enterprise growth within a fast-moving, impact-driven environment. You will own significant revenue targets while building and expanding high-value partnerships across enterprise, public sector, and foundation clients. Operating with a high level of autonomy, you will engage senior decision-makers and shape tailored solutions that align client objectives with long-term growth. The position blends strategic selling, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver complex, customized partnerships. This is a high-impact role suited for leaders who thrive in dynamic, unstructured settings and are motivated by both scale and purpose.
Accountabilities
Own and deliver a seven-figure revenue target, generating a significant portion of new pipeline through outbound and network-driven efforts
Identify, engage, and close new enterprise, multinational, public sector, and foundation partners while expanding and renewing existing accounts
Build and manage relationships with C-level and senior executives, positioning partnership solutions at a strategic level
Lead the creation and negotiation of complex, multi-stakeholder proposals, budgets, and commercial agreements
Collaborate closely with product and program teams to co-design customized solutions aligned with partner goals
Maintain full ownership of the assigned market, maximizing opportunities for new business and account growth
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility while driving deals through to close
Requirements
10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within software, SaaS, technology, or platform-based environments
Proven track record of consistently exceeding seven-figure revenue quotas
Strong hunter and farmer mindset, with the ability to generate leads, close new logos, and grow existing accounts
Experience selling non-standard, customizable solutions that require creative alignment of customer needs and capabilities
Solid business acumen, including comfort with budgeting, pricing, and proposal development
Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in lean, fast-paced organizations
High adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments
