Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipping details, and tracking information through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
Provide information on service options, delivery timelines, and pricing structures
Assist customers with claims, issues, and resolutions related to shipments and deliveries
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery to customers
Stay informed about logistics trends and company updates to provide relevant information to clients
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or courier industry
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is advantageous
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
