Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree minimum
5+ years in materials/textile development (outerwear, bodywear, performance fabrics)
Experience with trims (zippers, elastics, patches)
Tools: PCX, Miro, Smartsheets, PPS
Organized, detail-oriented
Nice-to-Have
PMP or similar project management certification
Experience developing performance or swim-related materials
Experience with *** or similar brands
Responsibilities
Cover FTE leave; expected end date unchanged
Lead seasonal material development for Spring/Summer ‘27 & Fall/Holiday ‘27
Manage projects end-to-end: development kickoff, supplier coordination, product testing
Collaborate closely with 5 direct teammates and 7–10 cross-functional groups
