Executive Assistant Position

Robert Half has partnered with a global organization in Denver in search of an Executive Assistant! The Executive Assistant position will pay $70,000-$80,000 and offer great benefits! The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:

  1. Coordinate and manage the executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, handling calls, and arranging travel plans.
  2. Organize office meetings by booking conference rooms, arranging catering, and setting up audio-visual equipment as needed.
  3. Facilitate teleconferences and video conferences using platforms such as WebEx and Microsoft Teams.
  4. Prepare, compile, and manage confidential materials for executives and the board.
  5. Maintain and organize documents using the Diligent platform and shared internal drives.
  6. Process invoices and expense reports for the executive office and board members through Oracle.
  7. Manage office supply inventory, handle incoming mail, and prepare outgoing packages.
  8. Assist with filing and maintaining presentations, fact sheets, press reports, and other materials.
  9. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements for the Executive Assistant include:

  • Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
  • 4+ years of administrative experience
  • Experience working across multiple time zones
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
