Job Description
The successful Accounting Manager will:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Lead and mentor accounting staff to support their professional development.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and liaise with tax advisors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounting Manager:
- MUST have 5 years+ of experience working at a Top 10 CPA consultancy
- CPA qualified - or actively working towards it
- Prior experience working closely with publicly traded companies - ideally from audit
- High attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
