Job Description

The successful Accounting Manager will:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Lead and mentor accounting staff to support their professional development.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Support the preparation of tax filings and liaise with tax advisors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounting Manager:

  • MUST have 5 years+ of experience working at a Top 10 CPA consultancy
  • CPA qualified - or actively working towards it
  • Prior experience working closely with publicly traded companies - ideally from audit
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills
