Classification: Non-Exempt Salary Range: $18.50/hr Date: June 2025 Job Responsibilities Assist with preparing all food &/or meals for airlines and charters Assist with preparing all foods for HMR & employee meals Read & Follow all FFG recipes correctly & provide correct proportions Complete prep work as directed by management &/or Cook Use all cooking equipment properly & safely Follow FFG sanitation procedures to keep kitchen area & equipment clean Maintain high standards of sanitation, hygiene & food handling procedures Report safety hazards & accidents to management immediately Perform all related and miscellaneous duties as directed by management. Job Qualifications 1 year food prep / cooking background Good communication skills Must speak, read, and understand English Must be able to lift over 60 pounds Must have good attendance record and be on time. Must be able to stand and move around most of the day Supervisory Responsibility This position has non-supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The facility is widely refrigerated, and work is required inside refrigerated processing areas.
