Regional Managing Director at BairesDev We are looking for a Regional Managing Director to join our team and lead the charge in building longlasting relationships with our toptier clients. You will oversee a talented team that manages 2025 projects per direct report, with a total revenue of $1015M. Your leadership and clientfocused strategies will drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction across BairesDevs portfolio. Serve as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of largescale projects. Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, aligning BairesDevs solutions with business objectives. 9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive level. ~Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive business growth. ~ Healthcare coverage (Vision and Dental) ~ Life Insurance ~Strong sales operations, and travel & events coordination teams within the company to support your role ~
