Distribution Employee Jobs | Indianapolis IN

Focus Workforce Management is seeking Distribution Employees to join our DTC facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Distribution Employee 1 you will support the DC in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients. Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Often times associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly and perform job duties accurately. Requirements:

Ability to work alone and remain on task

Maintain excellent attendance

Communicate effectively

Follow all safety procedures

Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean

Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time

Other job requirements may apply

Pay: Up to $16.50 per hour

Shift: 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd
