Manufacturing Associate

Currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Warwick, RI. Responsibilities of Manufacturing Associate include:

• Process work orders
• Clean, coat, and develop substrates using both manual and semi-automated photolithographic processes.
• Set-up and operate machines and report any issues that may arise
• Measure dimensions to ensure quality standards are met
• Align photomasks to substrates
• Utilize microscopes to inspect products
• Record data into appropriate logs accurately
• Perform accurate transactions in Avante system
• Conduct other tasks as assigned

Requirements of Manufacturing Associate:

• Minimum high school diploma
• Previous experience in production/manufacturing environment preferred
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable using microscope to complete work
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings, or willing to learn

Hours: 3:45pm-12:00am Monday-Friday

Pay rate: up to $20/hr based on experience
