This overnight leadership role from 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM comes with dedicated management support and on-call maintenance resources to ensure you have the tools needed for success. Youll be responsible for ensuring production targets are met, maintaining proper staffing levels, fostering strong employee relations, and upholding a safe, clean, and high-performing work environment.
