Home Instead is seeking compassionate and reliable Overnight Caregivers to support seniors in Grants Pass and surrounding areas. If you have at least 2 years of caregiving experience and the heart to serve, this is your chance to provide comfort, safety, and peace of mind while clients rest through the night. What You’ll Do: Offer companionship and reassurance during overnight hours Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care) Support with mobility and safe transfers Provide medication reminders or assistance as scheduled Monitor clients’ safety throughout the night Perform light housekeeping and meal prep as needed Communicate effectively with families and the care team What We’re Looking For: Minimum age: 18 At least 2 years of caregiving experience (facility or in-home) Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Weekend availability required Must pass a criminal and Oregon ORCHARDS background check Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable with personal care and overnight routines Dementia/Alzheimer’s care experience a plus Why Join Home Instead?
