Member Service Representative (Overnight) Join us as a Member Service Representative (Overnight) at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe . This role involves providing exceptional customer service to club members and staff during the overnight shift at our facility located at 7730 N Interstate 35 Windcrest, TX 78218. Position Overview: The Member Services Representative creates a warm, hospitable environment, passionate about fitness, and dedicated to delivering our purpose: “to enrich the lives of others through the power of well-being.” Responsibilities: Greet members and guests enthusiastically, engaging actively with members as part of the Crunch SLA process. Assist with membership, retail, and tanning product sales. Promote membership benefits such as tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare. Support new member enrollment, including guest conversion and other standards. Check in members and guests, resolving any issues promptly. Answer phones courteously and professionally. Communicate special events and facilitate member requests. Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor and a clean work environment. Navigate all front desk stations, including check-in, guest services, and membership sales. Perform opening and closing duties as per checklist. Required Skills & Experience: At least 1 year in a service-oriented role preferred. Effective communication, reading, and writing skills. Strong customer service orientation. CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire). Physical Requirements: Lift or move up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Compensation: $12-14/hour plus commission. Benefits: PTO, health insurance, Life and AD&D, HSA, disability, and free gym membership.
