Youll manage Project Managers Crew Chiefs Technicians and our Facility Supervisor driving speed quality safety and customer satisfaction for water fire and mold mitigation. What Youll Lead People : Hire coach and performance-manage PMs and field teams; build bench strength and elasticize capacity for large scale events. Operations : Standardize professional and efficient operating procedures. Scheduling / Dispatch : Align crews / equipment; manage on-call; ensure rapid response. Financials : Own job gross margin labor / equipment utilization materials and billing readiness . Quality / Compliance : IICRC / OSHA / Carrier standards met on every job; safety-first culture. Customers / Carriers : Proactive communication with property owners adjusters and program partners. Drive 5-star Google reviews. Must-Have Qualifications 5 years restoration mitigation experience and 2 years leading PMs / field teams. IICRC WRT required ; ASD preferred (FSRT / AMRT a plus). Xactimate proficiency (scope sketch line items documentation). Valid drivers license; able to travel between NH and MA. Success in the First 6 Months Predictable schedules; cycle time down and WIP clean. Stable and adequate production staff capacity. Gross margin at target; rework minimized. Documentation (logs photos signatures) billing-ready within 48 hours of completion. Safety / compliance incidents : zero .
