Job Summary Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities. Supervises shop employees in a manufacturing environment, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, personnel movement and working conditions.
