Business Systems Analyst – Oracle EBS Manufacturing / MES Full-Time | Onsite Relocation Assistance Available No visa sponsorship available Level of Experience: 2-8 years We are supporting a client that is hiring a full-time Business Systems Analyst with strong manufacturing IT and plant-floor systems experience . This role will focus on MES and ERP systems , working closely with manufacturing, IT, and implementation partners to assess current solutions and support future system initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with manufacturing, operations, and IT teams to support plant-floor systems and MES applications Assess and evaluate the current MES environment and support efforts to select and implement a new MES platform Gather, document, and translate business and functional requirements for MES and ERP-related initiatives Support ERP implementations and enhancements , with a strong focus on manufacturing modules Work on system integrations and data flows between ERP, MES, and related applications Perform data mapping , support data integrations, and assist with validation and reconciliation Create test plans and test scripts , coordinate and execute UAT , and support go-live activities Act as a subject matter expert over time for ERP manufacturing processes and related systems Required Experience & Skills Experience as a Business Analyst or Manufacturing Systems Analyst in a manufacturing or plant environment Hands‑on experience with MES applications and working directly with the shop floor / plant operations Experience with Rockwell MES is a plus, but not required ERP experience in a manufacturing setting (Oracle ERP preferred; SAP, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Epicor, QAD, Infor, or similar also acceptable) Experience with data mapping , system integrations, or interface coordination SQL experience for data analysis, validation, or troubleshooting Strong requirements documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting ERP manufacturing modules Prior involvement in MES selection or replacement projects Understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and production reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
