Responsibilities: Drafting correspondence Scheduling Workflow Billing Scanning Performing general administrative task including: Answer Phones Greet Visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable Schedule Meetings and conference room Coordinate mail flow in and out of office Coordinate office activities Arrange appointments Send email and faxes Procure office supplies Perform basic filing and clerical duties Data Entry Knowledgeable in QuickBooks Strong Organizational Skills with meticulous attention to detail MS Office Suite experience required - Word, Excel, and Outlook
