We’re currently hiring a Customer Support Trainee to join our NJ-based team in partnership with Verizon. Customer Support Trainees are expected to: Interact with customers to provide product guidance and support Assist in managing client accounts and resolving service issues Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and offering solutions Shadow senior team members to learn best practices in customer engagement Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions Participate in team meetings and training sessions Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment Take initiative in learning new tools and techniques
