Mobile Enrollment Advisor Core Functions:
Meet community members in person and introduce TruConnect programs that provide free or low-cost mobile service. Guide applicants through forms, eligibility checks, and verification steps so they leave fully connected. Serve as the friendly neighborhood translator between telecom jargon and people who just need reliable service. Connect underserved people to essential connectivity solutions that improve daily life. Educate individuals on Lifeline and ACP-style assistance options with honesty, not hype. Maintain accurate records of applications while protecting customer privacy and dignity. Represent our client professionally in public settings, even when the weather disagrees. Contribute ideas to improve outreach and make telecom access feel human again.
