• Board Certified Required
• CO license or IMLC
• Active BLS required
• Clean MP required
• Coverage needed 11/26-11/27, 12/5-8, 12/15-12/17, 12/26-12/29 and potentially 2 weekends per month
• 24 hour call 7a-7a
• Inpatient setting
• Trauma Level 1
• EMR: EPIC
