Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Locum or Locum to Perm available
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Free-Standing Cancer Center
- Call: No call during locum period; call expected if placed perm; call schedule is 1 week out of every 6-8 weeks
- Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
- Practice Composition: 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology
- Number of Physicians: 7
- Number of APPs: 6
- Average Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 25
- Average Patients Per Day - Hospital (Call/Rounding): 20
- Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient and Inpatient Setting
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Nurse Oncologist for Chemotherapy Administration
- Required Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
- Active South Carolina license
- BLS & DEA
