Coverage Needed

  • Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Coverage Type: No Call, No Weekend Call, Must Work Onsite

Clinical Details

  • Specialty: Advanced Heart Failure
  • Patients: 8-12 inpatient; 2-4 outpatient; 15 patients per day
  • Support Staff: Intermittent inpatient APP, office has a customer service rep, MA, RN

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible by the ABIM in Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant
  • Completion of an ACGME accredited heart failure fellowship
  • Active FL License or IMLC
  • Proficient in management of short-term mechanical support devices including Impella and ECMO
  • More than 5 years post-fellowship experience is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eager to work in a growing, high-volume practice
