Overview:
The role involves providing high-quality care to patients with chronic pain, supporting treatment plans, and working within a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and pain evaluations
  
• Develop and implement individualized pain management treatment plans
  
• Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, following state and federal regulations
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the EMR system
  
• Document treatment plans, medication usage, and patient outcomes
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities
  

Qualifications:

• Georgia NP license
  
• Experience in treatment of musculoskeletal disease, and orthopedics is desirable, although not required
