This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care as a primary care nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) for patients at 2 skilled nursing facilities. Enjoy a flexible daily schedule with target weekday rounding at 5 days per week Monday to Friday.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with an estimated annual compensation of $125,038 - $148,046 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
We ask that you have an active North Carolina license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.
