We are seeking dedicated Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to provide vital coverage in a dynamic general surgery environment. This role offers the opportunity to support patient care through clinical visits and small procedures, ensuring seamless care delivery across multiple locations. Required Skills:
- Significant experience in general surgery clinical practice
- Proficiency in small procedure management (e.g., lump and bump removals)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced medical settings
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting multiple clinic locations
- Familiarity with surgical documentation and electronic health records
- Additional certifications in advanced practice roles
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Prior experience in surgical or outpatient clinic settings
- Minimum of 2 years in relevant clinical practice
Other Requirements:
- Ability to float between locations (Glenlake & Southwood)
- Availability for a schedule based on Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
- Travel and licensure reimbursements when applicable
