Job Responsibilities:
- Prescribe medications and therapies according to state regulations and practice guidelines.
- Provide patient education on disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Delaware and New Jersey.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) from a nationally recognized certifying body
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Rheumatology or a related field.
