AdventHealth is seeking a motivated Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our growing, physician-led Endocrinology practice in beautiful Palm Coast, Florida . This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside Dr. Thota , a recently onboarded endocrinologist, to expand access and deliver high-quality, compassionate endocrine care to a rapidly growing community.
Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Endocrinology APP role within an established, hospital-employed practice
• Work directly with one Endocrinologist and a dedicated support team (front desk, MA, and additional clinical staff)
• Schedule:
• 4.5 clinic days per week
• 4 hours of weekly administrative time
• Patient volume: patients per clinic day
• Call shared with the physician (details discussed during interviews)
• Dedicated office space in a modern clinic located on the AdventHealth Palm Coast campus

• Cohesive, mostly employed medical group with excellent collaboration across specialties
• Strong onboarding, support systems, and mentorship ideal for both experienced APPs and clinically strong new graduates
