- Will provider be solo? Most of the time
- Will locum be Required to Supervise CRNAs? Sometimes, but not necessarily
- Support staff? Some CRNA's, techs. No AA's
- Requirements
- Must be board certified ANE or in the exam system within 5 years of residency/fellowship
- Must have Peds Fellowship
- Must have active IA license (or IMLC) and dedicated IA DEA and IA CDS
- Must have active ACLS, BLS, flu vaccine
