What You'll Do Participate in comprehensive, paid, 4-month instructor-led training with immersive learning experiences to sharpen your sales skills. Gain hands-on experience by working directly with real customers. Start your journey at the AT&T Discovery District in Dallas, TX, gaining insights into sales strategies and solutions. Transition to one of the Northeast Market cities (Boston, MA; Bedminster, NJ; New York, NY; Buffalo, NY; Albany, NY; Meriden, CT) after program completion, based on business needs. Step into a Sales Executive role with tools and confidence to meet sales goals. Utilize industry-leading technology to deliver results and drive customer success. Drive regularly as part of your role—valid driver’s license required. What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Willingness to relocate within the U.S. as needed. What You'll Bring

Recent graduate with 0–3 years of experience. Strong desire to build a career in sales. Preferred experience in cold calling or sales-related coursework/certification. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Program Highlights

Monthly stipend of $1,000 for 4 months. $2,000 bonus upon successful completion. Placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business, aligned with your geographic preference. Potential relocation bonuses. Compensation

Months 1 & 2: $57,000 annualized base salary. Months 3 & 4: $48,300 base plus up to $17,000 in commissions, totaling approximately $65,300. Benefits
