Responsibilities
Package finished product for shipping (Shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
Stages finished product for loading.
Check purchase orders/work orders to ensure that products are correctly assembled and ready for delivery.
Check items to ensure that the correct number of products are being assembled.
Assists in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts.
Load the finished product onto the truck.
Unload products from trucks, containers, and stock them in the designated area.
Responsible for quality control. Ensure that no damaged products are sent out, and no damaged products will be stored.
Operate pallet jack within standard operating procedures.
Perform preventive maintenance on pallet jacks.
Perform on-the-job training for new employees.
Handle inventory movement into and out of controlled locations.
Prepare customers’ orders for delivery.
Provide fill-in support for other departments in the warehouse.
Other duties as assigned.
